Burbank Urban are excited to announce the completion of CIRQ for Development Victoria. Over the course of the last 17 months, the team have delivered 104 two and three storey townhouses in this prominent Point Cook location.

CIRQ, which overlooks the Boardwalk Boulevard wetlands in Point Cook, brings a new level of sophistication to Melbourne's west. The project, designed by award winning architects, Rothelowman, produced a design with distinct urban form, combining a range of external finishes to create visual interest and a high degree of articulation within largely uniform rows of townhouses.
Burbank Urban also provided essential value management services to Development Victoria, allowing them to meet their project objectives without compromising on the design integrity. The homes also adopted best practice sustainable technology to achieve an impressive 6-star energy rating as well as a 6-star greenstar rating. "We're proud to have delivered sustainable homes that utilise new innovative technologies and effective energy saving products. It's a commitment of ours towards building a more sustainable future" Battistella explained.
