Burbank Urban Appointed at Yarra Park, Alphington
U-Home Oceania has appointed Burbank Urban to build 109 three and four level townhomes at Yarra Park, located just 6.5 kilometres from Melbourne's CBD. Designed by acclaimed architects Rothelowman, these townhomes couple exceptional appeal with low maintenance living. Every townhome has been designed with sustainable principles at the forefront. Intelligent layouts respond to climate orientation, providing passive sustainability gains, which are further enhanced by careful material selection and construction methodologies.
