Stockland's Waterlea development in Rowville is full steam ahead, with Burbank Urban delivering a combination of three- and four-bedroom townhouses for one of Australia's largest property groups.

Originally appointed for Stages One and Two, the design and construction of 49 townhouses commenced in October 2018. 39 townhouses have been handed over already, with the remaining settlements scheduled for January 2020.

With mixed architectural styles to reference the surrounding suburban environment, roof styles and cladding types are varied, with architectural features such as window shrouds, glass balustrades and external timber screens providing additional visual enhancement.

A combination of single and double story products, all double storey homes have tiled upper level balconies with some being delivered as reverse living. All homes have a 3.5kW solar PV system with battery storage as an optional upgrade.

With clusters in Stages One and Two being delivered either on or ahead of time and budget, Stockland have been thrilled with our progress on site to date.

On the strength of these tremendous results, Stockland have now awarded the remaining four stages of Waterlea to Burbank Urban, consisting of an additional 111 townhouses.
