Almondberry Walk is a collection of 8 double-storey dwellings of 4 and 5 bedrooms showcasing how larger dwellings can be designed and delivered on narrow lots.
Several homes within this project were delivered on 8.5m wide lots, achieving expansive internal areas and double garages, providing a strong balance between medium density and detached style living.
