A supremely located urban renewal project designed by Peddle Thorp, Waterford Green delivered a new post code and 450 new homes to what had previously been a military site.
Developed and delivered by Burbank Urban, Waterford Green consists of predominately two and three bedroom luxury townhouses and over 80 apartments. The renewal also saw the creation of a new commercial precinct and the refurbishment of multiple heritage buildings.
The centrepiece of this project, Waterford Towers, is a New York style, seven storey apartment complex with 67 two and three bedroom apartments enjoying breathtaking views of Melbourne and the Maribyrnong Valley.
