Modern Living in Metro Village
Forte delivered 34, three storey townhouses to the award-winning Metro Village 3175 precinct. Rothelowman Architects produced a design with distinct urban form, combining a range of external finishes to create visual interest and a high degree of articulation within a largely uniform row of townhouses.
As the Developer and Builder on this project, sustainability and environmental efficiency were of key importance to Burbank Urban. Forte achieved a 7-Star energy efficiency rating, with double glazed windows, sliding patio/balcony doors and water efficient tapware throughout. Each lot harvests rainwater to individual tanks and hot water systems are supplemented by rooftop solar panels.
